How Does Biofeedback Work?

 

Biofeedback works by gently connecting with your body’s natural electrical signals.

During your session, the system gathers subtle information from your body—such as skin response, temperature, and patterns related to your nervous system.

This allows us to gain insight into where your body may be under stress or out of balance.

From there, the session provides supportive feedback that encourages your body to relax, regulate, and restore more balanced patterns.

This process can support:
• stress reduction and nervous system regulation
• muscle relaxation and re-education
• brainwave training for improved sleep and focus
• relief from physical tension and discomfort

Over time, this helps the body re-learn more supportive patterns, allowing it to respond to stress more effectively and return to a more balanced state.

What to expect during your session:

 

Your session begins with gentle guidance.

For the first 10–15 minutes, we’ll work together to calibrate the system and choose the program(s) that best support your body’s needs that day.

From there, you’ll be invited to fully relax.

You’ll rest in a comfortable reclining chair, lights dimmed, cozy under a blanket, with soft music playing—while the session quietly supports your nervous system and overall balance.

Sensors are gently placed on your wrists, ankles, and head, allowing the system to gather subtle information about how your body is responding to stress.

Using this insight, the session provides gentle feedback designed to encourage relaxation, regulation, and more balanced patterns within the body..

All of this happens while you simply rest.

Many clients describe it as one of the only times they truly allow themselves to fully slow down… and just be.

This session is the best place to start if you’re new to biofeedback at Solera or looking for a more personalized, in-depth approach.

Using biofeedback technology, we gather detailed insight into how your body is responding—helping to highlight areas that may be under stress or out of balance.

From there, you'll receive a full balancing session, while I remain present to adjust and guide the process.

This may include multiple supportive programs running together to address your unique needs.

By the end of your visit, you’ll leave with a clearer understanding of your body’s current stress patterns—and a supported sense of how to begin restoring balance.

Biofeedback Balance Follow Up Session

 

75 Minute Session

Please note: This session is designed for clients who have completed their Initial Consultation.

 

This session is designed to continue building on the foundation from your initial assessment.

As your body begins to shift and respond, ongoing sessions provide continued support—helping reinforce more balanced patterns and a more regulated stress response.

Like building strength in a muscle, this process takes consistency and gentle repetition.

Each session focuses on supporting the areas we’ve previously identified, while also allowing space to address any new stress patterns that may arise. Again, I remain present during this process to adjust and guide the session.

Over time, this helps your body feel more resilient, more balanced, and better able to maintain that state on its own.

 

Biofeedback Focus Session 

(Guided Start + Restorative Session)

 

60 Minute Session

 

This session is a beautiful way to support your body without feeling overwhelmed.

We begin together. 

For the first 15 minutes, I’ll guide you through the setup—calibrating the device and helping select the program(s) that best support what your body needs that day.

Once everything is set, I’ll step out to allow you to fully relax.

You’ll be settled into a comfortable reclining chair, lights dimmed, cozy under a blanket, with soft music playing… while the session continues to support your nervous system, stress response, and overall balance.

It’s your time to rest, while your body does the work.
